Background

Elaine is a qualified career coach with a background as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (UK) with more than 15 years’ experience in both the private and public sector in the UK and Australia. At a senior level, Elaine has worked with a range of clients to support both the selection and development of individuals for key organisational roles through assessment and coaching activities. Passionate about working with individuals to enhance skills, performance, capability and well-being, Elaine effectively draws on a range of expertise and tools to underpin a thoughtful, comprehensive and high-quality approach

Coaching philosophy

Elaine draws on a range of research-backed tools and techniques, which she combines with an empathetic, insightful approach and unwavering focus on the potential of each individual as they navigate the range and often competing demands of their remit. She creates a safe space for reflection and new insights using strong listening, observation and questioning skills to support her clients to get clarity on their purpose, align with their values, work with their strengths, experiment with new perspectives and ideas, and take action to move forwards with renewed energy and confidence.
