Background
Elizabeth brings more than 25 years working with frontline and senior leaders as a facilitator and coach to achieve significant change in leadership capability and organisational culture. Her corporate experience includes managing a team of 20 district managers to achieve the highest growth nationally in two out of the eight core pillars of success. Elizabeth also has an HR background in Learning & Development and has worked with local, state and national clients in both the private and public sectors across Australia.

Elizabeth uses her wealth of leadership expertise to achieve practical action-based solutions as an executive coach. Within her sessions with senior leaders, she brings relevant tools and strategies derived from her leadership programs and industry experience. Her focus is on developing leadership capability, enhanced interpersonal skills using EQ principles and improved day-to-day performance on-the-job. Her sessions include goal-setting, skill-building and self-reflection all with the objective of achieving action-based outcomes.

- Worked as an Executive Coach with NSW Leadership Academy from 2020-Current, extensively delivering Hogan 360 debriefs, followed by a set of coaching sessions, all of which received very positive feedback.
- Worked independently as an Executive Coach since 2005, coaching hundreds of leaders in both the public and private sectors to become high performing visionary and strategic leaders.
- Transitions leaders from tactical to strategic roles, with a number of the leaders she’s worked with later promoted to CEO positions.
- Coaching leaders to use more empathy, questions, self-regulation and collaboration to create positive outcomes for their teams and individuals, skills that have a particular application in conflict and challenging conversations
- Coaching senior leaders to deliver a clear vision, mission statement and values for their organisation with simple messaging backed up by specific goals and measures to ensure the clarity of their plans and the engagement of their teams

Success stories
- Coached the financial leadership team of a semi-government organisation in Brisbane, a relationship that lasted three years and extended from an initial engagement with the CFO to include the CEO and the whole financial leadership team
- Trained more than 120 Australian and New Zealand bank managers and their executive team in a leadership program, running two five-day programs for all the participants over a two-year time frame and resulting in a significant improvement in leadership capability
- Worked with hundreds of supervisors and superintendents at a large mining company, training them in a Cert IV in Leadership at all their sites in Australia and New Zealand over a five-year period and providing coaching in between each of the modules to ensure a 100 per cent pass rate
