Geoff has more than 20 years of experience in group and individual coaching, developed during employment at Lee Hecht Harrison in the Executive Development team and as Director of Social Leadership Australia. Specialising in methodologies such as Adaptive Leadership, Deep Democracy and systems thinking, he works with teams and individuals on achieving higher performance and individual and systems transformation across all three sectors.
Success stories
- As an SES in government, developed and led a four-year transformation of service delivery for Canberra's most vulnerable people, a project that later received the DG’s Excellence in Service Delivery Award
- As an executive in the for-purpose sector, led the organisation to restructure, rebrand, and relaunch a consumer-directed care business and achieve a breakeven position for the first time in its operation, improving quality to families, reducing wait times, and setting up quality frameworks for consistent delivery across the network
