Geoff is an Organisational Development professional with more than 20 years experience working across leadership and talent development, culture transformation, coaching and facilitation. He has an enduring commitment to supporting personal and organisational transformation.
Geoff works with front line contributors to senior leaders and teams to help drive personal, team and organisational effectiveness. Geoff’s core belief is that we can affect change by working with people on mindsets, skillsets and toolsets. Geoff has had many years of experience in coaching, consulting, leading teams, designing, developing and facilitating immersive and experiential blended leadership programs and learning experiences. He knows the realities and day to day challenges faced by leaders and their teams in an increasingly fast paced, disruptive and changing business environment.
Geoff's coaching approach is genuine and empathetic, meeting people where they are at in their own development, self-awareness and readiness for change. He combines this facilitative, encouraging style with an ability to challenge. Geoff’s core belief is that we can affect change by working with people on mindsets, skillsets and toolsets. This ranges from challenging self-limiting beliefs through to practical strategies that benefit the individual and organisation. Geoff uses a unique approach to coaching called 4D coaching that creates deep insights and call to action. It is based on Serious Play methodology. He incorporates the many diagnostics he is accredited in into his coaching. Geoff has had more than 5000 hours of coaching experience since the late 1990s.
