Lisa Gaines is an Executive Leader and Team Coach and Facilitator with 15 years’ experience developing high performing leaders and teams.  

Lisa’s clients range from entrepreneurs to executives in Fortune 500 organisations, healthcare professionals and executives in most government departments at local and federal levels.

Lisa employs a supportive, results driven approach to help her clients achieve clarity and momentum. Her clients value her expertise in applying neuroscience to build emotional intelligence to improve communication and psychological safety in organisations.

Lisa provides a confidential, non-judgemental space for her clients to explore their thinking to create awareness of their values, strengths and developmental areas. They can then develop their own unique, authentic leadership style which leads to feeling more aligned and empowered.  

Lisa helps her clients get out of the details where they often get stuck, guiding them to shift their focus toward strategy and vision. This elevated perspective brings clarity and sharpens their sense of direction.

Group and team coaching

Lisa added Team Coaching to her Toolkit in 2012. Since then, she has worked as a Team Coach across Australia and New Zealand, specialising in healthcare, service-based organisations and government departments. Lisa understands the power of team coaching lies in team engagement and has received feedback from clients recognising their teams have completely turned around and become more engaged, motivated, cohesive and higher performing through the team coaching process.
