“I have worked with Rachel for the past year and I feel privileged to have been able to work with her as I continue to develop my executive leadership skills. Rachel created a safe yet challenging environment where we explored a variety scenarios using several methods to expand my problem solving and strategic thinking and through reflection and practice improve the way I communicate. As a result I feel I am a better leader but more importantly a better person because of our work together.”
