Sara has 25+ years of experience as a leader, facilitator, and coach in diverse senior leadership, and organisational development roles across sectors including elite consulting firms, financial services, Defence, telecommunications, construction and Health. Combining her deep expertise in psychological principles with a robust understanding of business dynamics, she empowers leaders to navigate complex challenges, accelerate their professional growth, and drive meaningful organisational change. Her evidence-based practice draws on the latest research in psychological systems, management, and neuroscience to support meaningful change.

Sara’s coaching approach is influenced by current research and evidence and her in-depth experience of adult human development and behavioural change. Truly effective leadership and teams begin with awareness of self and others. She creates an individualised coaching safe space that supports and challenges clients simultaneously.
