Before joining Nous, Adelaide contributed to community and emergency services through roles with Girl Guides Australia, the NSW Rural Fire Service, Wildlife Rescue South Coast, and Youth With A Mission. She previously worked in a variety of entry-level roles from receptionist to tourism consultant, farmhand, and cafe worker. She has received honors for service and leadership and brings strong experience working across cultures, crises and community development contexts.
