Alan leverages financial analysis and structured problem-solving skills to provide clients with insightful advice and high quality outcomes.
Prior to joining Nous, he gained experience in private equity and was a member of the post M&A integration team at EY China. Alan is skilled in stakeholder engagement, valuation of financial assets and financial modelling.
Influential work
Developed a financial model to analyse and assess the potential implications resulting from a shift in the government funding model for Victoria’s largest public health service
Designed a greenhouse gas assessment methodology and data collection process for Victoria’s environmental regulator
Facilitated a series of workshops to identify the existing tools, powers and functions of a Victorian regulatory body
Founded the Monash Student Association ResComm Department and designed the leadership structure to best serve the department’s purpose.
Outside of Nous
Outside of Nous, Alan campaigned and fundraised for Run 4 Refugees as a member of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre team. He is passionate about equal access to tertiary education and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.

Alan enjoys working out and photography in his spare time. He also loves collecting and fixing old film cameras.
