Aryeh is a results-oriented consultant with expertise in policy research, program evaluation, project management, and stakeholder engagement across the public and private sectors.
He synthesises qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making. Throughout his career, Aryeh has collaborated with a diverse range of stakeholders, including non-profits, community groups, public servants, academics, developers, and business leaders. With a practical, collaborative approach, Aryeh works closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Influential work
- Co-authored a thought leadership paper on the future of Labour Market Information (LMI) in Canada, which identified opportunities for leveraging LMI to strengthen career and employment systems
- Led the evaluation of tools that used a central data repository to meet diverse user needs, developing an evaluation framework, set objectives and indicators, and coordinated data collection, delivering early evidence of the tools’ effectiveness
- Supported policy development through research, briefing notes, and proposals, and played a key role in preparing Cabinet submissions that shaped provincial auto sector policy
- Coordinated contributors and managed logistics to produce seven papers, developing plans and budgets, providing feedback on deliverables, and overseeing external relationships in a program positioning an organisation as a thought leader in the career services sector
- Led workshops and interviews with frontline workers to identify challenges and redesign processes using design thinking. Gathered insights to inform recommendations, strengthen worker engagement, and drive process changes that improved worker experience
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Aryeh was a Senior Associate at a Toronto-based research and evaluation non-profit, where he managed projects focused on improving how people navigate career transitions and develop new skills, particularly in the context of the future of work. He also worked at a large consulting firm, delivering high-impact transformation and strategy projects across various industries.
Aryeh completed a Master’s co-op at the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, focusing on sector strategy development. During his studies, he was a senior producer of Beyond the Headlines, a policy-oriented radio show, and a recipient of the Paul Cadario Fellowship in Public Policy.

Outside of work, Aryeh loves fitness and stays active through running and strength training. Depending on the season, he can be found hiking, canoeing, or skiing across Canada. He also enjoys cooking for friends and exploring new music.
