Bailey is a visual communicator who designs for purpose, play, and pleasure.
She empathises with client challenges and needs in her projects and recognises the importance of collaboration in learning new skills. Bailey enjoys observing projects from a new angle and providing a fresh and young design perspective to projects to reimagine how tasks may be done.

Assisted with the design and facilitation of workshops to better understand and enhance student experience through the UNSW Student Belonging Project.
Lead designer at UTS Careers in launching advertisement for their Peer Networker campaign, an initiative for current UTS students to tour and assist incoming UTS students around campus.
Event Co-ordinator at UTS Careers for the 2024 Autumn Graduate and Internship Career Fair. This event connected over 1,500 students looking for postgraduate full-time work to 70 employers across different industries.
Project manager and designer in a university group project for Hearing Matters Australia. Over 12 weeks, the team successfully redesigned Hearing Matters Australia’s website to improve user experience and information accessibility
Outside of Nous
Bailey previously worked as a graphic designer and event coordinator at the University of Technology Sydney, ensuring that UTS Careers animations and social media pages were designed for the intended young adult audience. In 2024, she completed a 6-week exchange in Singapore, where she studied at Nanyang Technological University.
In her spare time...
Bailey loves to read. Her favourite book is Normal People and she would happily recommend related TV series and novels. She loves to spend time catching up with friends over dinner, and swimming.
