Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Brigette was the Senior Office Manager and Regional Facilities Lead at a global technology company, where she refined her leadership and project management skills, contributed to global strategy development, annual budget forecasting, team development and implementation of local policies to improve sustainability. She also held the role of Executive Assistant at a fast-paced architecture firm, as well as Account Manager and Team Lead at a digital agency, scaling growth of the team and stakeholder management while working across the Melbourne and Amsterdam offices.
Brigette has worked in global digital and creative agencies, with a focus on technology, customer service and communication. She holds certifications in project management, business administration and interior decoration.

Brigette enjoys creative pursuits and her hobbies include reading, sewing, cooking and any sort of travel. She is passionate about interior design, mental health and sustainability.
