    • Co-led the analysis of current state processes and the operating model of an Australian Government agency to identify cost-saving measures and potential efficiencies, co-facilitating regular stakeholder consultations and focus groups to gather insights and improve processes
    • Delivered an attribution study to evaluate aged care outcomes through quantitative data analysis and delivery of a recommendation and analysis report
    • Reviewed the operating model of an Australian Government department branch to identify pain point and efficiency improvements
    • Developed a recruitment framework for a not-for-profit coalition including target sectors and key recruitment policies.

Outside of Nous

Brynn holds a Bachelor of Arts (politics and French and Francophone studies) from the University of Sydney. She also held social media management and community leadership positions within the Sydney University Evangelical Union.

Brynn enjoys exploring her local coffee shops and greater Sydney. During the Australian Football League season you will find her watching the Sydney Swans.
