She has worked across government, defence, non-profit and commercial sectors and has experience in strategic planning, client engagement, and project coordination. Chloe is passionate about facilitating positive social impact and helping clients link strategic objectives to tactical actions.

Influential work

  • Evaluated the complex Queensland Reef Water Quality Program, analysing the collective impact of $289.6M in investments through extensive stakeholder engagement and data analysis to inform future decision‑making and drive program performance improvements
  • Supported the development of a new strategic plan for a state trade and investment agency by designing executive workshops, conducting data analysis and shaping strategic objectives to align the organisation with evolving government priorities in a complex global trade environment
  • Delivered an organisational review and redesign for a Department of Defence branch by leading comprehensive stakeholder engagement and research to assess current strengths, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a refreshed structure and detailed operating model recommendations to uplift capability and performance
  • Enhanced talent acquisition and marketing approaches for a federal national security agency by applying best‑practice analysis and workforce and labour‑market insights to develop targeted deliverables, including a maturity model, employee value proposition and digital recruitment guidance, to address critical workforce gaps
  • Prior to joining Nous, Chloe led and facilitated a national roundtable in the Maldives in partnership with the US Department of State, bringing together women’s rights NGOs to generate insights and strategies to address gender‑based violence

Outside of Nous

Chloe previously worked as a strategic communication consultant in the defence sector and was a recipient of an Australian Defence Magazine 30 Under 30 Award. The awards recognise and celebrate the defence sector’s future leaders and innovators.

Chloe also spent seven months living in South Korea and two months in the Maldives, supported by the Australian Government's New Colombo Plan Scholarship. In Korea, she studied Political Science at Yonsei University and engaged in language training, before moving to the Maldives to intern at a leading national NGO, Women and Democracy.

In her spare time...

Chloe enjoys playing soccer, going to the beach and dining out at restaurants with family and friends.
