- Delivered social impact and community benefit planning for Victoria’s first Offshore Wind auction, supporting a Gippsland proponent to meet auction requirements through robust assessment of social, cultural and economic impacts and the development of a Community Benefits Sharing approach
- Supported an independent review following a major billing and information incident at a Greater Western Water, informing practical recommendations to strengthen customer support practices and transparency across the utility sector
- Supported delivery of a cultural review and Census Action Plan for a Commonwealth agency following poor APS Census results, helping diagnose risks to trust, psychological safety and delivery, and informing targeted actions to rebuild trust and sustain reform momentum
- Delivered technical analysis to inform drought resilience planning for water storage infrastructure, modelling sedimentation impacts on reservoir capacity for a not‑for‑profit organisation as part of a university engineering honours project
Outside of Nous
Claire has developed broad experience through various roles in engineering, resource exploration, and community volunteering. As an Undergraduate Engineer she worked in geo-environmental solutions and road design, gaining experience in site remediation, waste processing, project management and safety in design. At University, Claire provided Sociology Tutoring and volunteered as a peer mentor to fellow engineering students.

Claire enjoys hiking and recently completed the Pacific Crest Trail, hiking more than 4,000 kilometres across the USA. She relaxes with a good book or some sudoku.
