He is known for building strong, outcomes-focused relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for reform, enabling effective implementation and sustained change in complex strategic and operational environments.

- Partnered with governments and service providers to support the implementation of national disability reforms, developing strategic plans and redesigning operating models through revised value chains, organisational design, capability frameworks, and governance arrangements
- Developed a strategy and investment plan for a university in response to a changing policy and funding landscape, undertaking extensive staff, student and community engagement to inform plans focused on enhancing the student and academic experience, research performance, and employability through its role as a regional anchor institution
- Managed a $43 million system-wide workload reduction pilot across a school system, co-designing solutions with educators and leaders to reduce administrative burden, developing a comprehensive taxonomy of school functions and redesigned processes to improve operational efficiency
- Led a $14.6 million national digital health transformation initiative to streamline prescriber claims and improve patient access to subsidised medicines through real-time digital approvals designed through cross-government engagement
- Designed a regulatory strategy and capability uplift program, embedding outcomes-focused, risk-proportionate practices through extensive stakeholder consultation and cultural transformation
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Corey worked with a range of NFPs and social sector organisations. He is passionate about supporting under-represented and vulnerable peoples through community-led change. He has volunteered with several children’s rights organisations, including a social enterprise in the Philippines that helps young people living in street settings secure employment in the tourism industry.
Corey holds a Master of Public Policy (Social Policy) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations) from Macquarie University.
