  • Designed and led statewide stakeholder engagement with hospital clinicians, GP liaisons, and technical health support resources to redesign clinical system user experience, improving processing time and user satisfaction
  • Led evidence-based service expansion to support hospital response to access block, reviewing national operating models and analysing health service data to develop the case for on-site service expansion, which led to decreased processing times in pharmacy departments and improved patient access to medications after hours
  • Supported country health service leadership in designing a matrix organisational structure to streamline health service delivery across over 100 centres, addressing compliance requirements and enhancing operational management by clearly defining roles and responsibilities for senior leaders, standardising operations, supporting frontline staff, and improving patient and community outcomes
  • Supported strategic workshops for a state government agency to develop a plan aimed at enhancing the state's innovation ecosystem through the venture capital sector, delivering a framework and action plan that considered key financial, legal, and reputational elements and drove the agency's successful milestone achievements

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Daniel was responsible for developing and leading the delivery of clinical pharmacy services at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. He successfully led the advocacy, design, and delivery of multiple service expansions, demonstrating his ability to engage diverse stakeholders and embrace opportunities. Additionally, he led or provided subject matter expertise on several statewide digital health projects. Daniel has extensive experience in clinical governance, making informed decisions based on clinical risks, organisational priorities, and team capability.
