Eamon is a strategy professional with broad experience supporting organisations to solve their most difficult challenges.
He is confident and experienced in engaging with stakeholders at all levels from governments, universities, not-for–profit organisations and companies on their most intricate challenges. Eamon brings expertise in strategy development, project management, organisational design, culture development, facilitation and stakeholder engagement. He has worked across financial services, central agencies, education and Indigenous affairs.
Influential work
- Led the development of a whole–of–government future of work strategy that was supported by the head of service and is currently being implemented
- Refreshed organisation values and behaviours for a large Australian Government agency, involving agency-wide consultation to diagnose cultural issues, then using co-design to develop agreed expectations
- Led the development of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business support package that provides tailored business support to Indigenous entrepreneurs
- Led the capability review of the ACT’s screen industry and provided critical recommendations that informed the development of a location incentive that attracts major interstate, and overseas investment in the local screen sector
- Advised one of Australia’s largest banks on the development of its payment strategy.
Outside of Nous
Prior to Nous, Eamon worked in corporate finance and strategy at one of Australia’s largest banks and in the ACT Government’s whole-of-government strategy unit. He has undergraduate qualifications in the fields of law and journalism.
