Elle has more than six years’ experience working in business support roles in recruitment and the financial services sector.
She previously worked as the personal assistant to a managing director in London and has expertise in project management, HR and general admin, stakeholder engagement, event management, IT systems support, onboarding, and management of third-party suppliers. Elle takes huge pride in her work is always willing to go above and beyond her role to ensure the successful delivery of a project.

Outside of Nous

Prior to studying HR, Elle worked with children as a nanny in London, a career she enjoyed for 10 years. While studying, she began to realise that she had a passion for supporting people in their roles and helping them to achieve their desired outcomes.
