- Led the development of growth strategies for Monash University’s student leadership initiatives, conducting competitor analysis and establishing partnership systems that significantly increased student engagement and impact
- Designed and managed a suite of leadership modules accessed by over 30,000 university students, breaking down barriers to leadership education and improving employability outcomes
- Streamlined mass recruitment for student programs at Monash University by transitioning to digital platforms and automated systems, reducing workload and improving efficiency

Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Eric was a Metcalf Scholar at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute (WEHI), where he employed cutting-edge technologies to advance diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for infectious diseases. He also interned at Nucleus Network, supporting high-volume laboratory operations for multiple phase one clinical trials.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Diploma of Languages (Chinese studies) from Monash University. During his studies, Eric worked within the University’s Leadership Development Team, managing and expanding student leadership programs and events. Eric is also a Startmate student fellow and an active student mentor.

Eric enjoys studying languages, watching the cricket and playing table tennis. He loves exploring the world and recently returned from China and South Korea.
