Francesca Searle

• Led organisational change for a major HCM transformation at an Australian bank, designing and delivered end-to-end change strategy, including readiness assessments, learning design, stakeholder engagement and training for 13000 employees, driving adoption and alignment with strategic goals
• Developed strategic M& E frameworks for NSW Government, leading the creation of state-wide monitoring and evaluation plans across health and customer service portfolios, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Facilitated strategic planning for NSW Government agencies, leading workshops with internal and external stakeholders to co-design Annual Strategic Plans and core strategic frameworks. Delivered clear, actionable outputs that aligned departmental goals with broader government priorities, enhancing organisational focus and performance
• Designed capability and workforce strategies for government clients, supporting future-focused workforce planning and organisational design aligned to public sector reform
• Led digital adoption for NSW agency transformation, overseeing governance and delivery of tailored digital learning content for over 3,000 users during a multi-year technology rollout

Prior to joining Nous, Francesca worked as a Management Consultant at a large international technology company, where she led complex change management initiatives for large-scale enterprise software transformations across financial services and government sectors. She has also worked for boutique consultancies, partnering with NSW Government agencies and not-for-profit organisations to develop strategic policy, evaluation frameworks and workforce design initiatives. Francesca holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Philosophy and Politics from the University of Durham.

Francesca enjoys hiking, travelling to new places, and spending quality time with friends and family. She also has a keen interest in reading, cryptic crosswords and killer sudokus.
