Facilitated the 13th Australia-China Youth Dialogue in China, including overseeing the development of the conference program and coordinating the recruitment of more than 30 high-profile Chinese and Australian speakers
Presented at the Australian National University Annual Roundtable on Chinese Language Learning, leading the discussion on the future of language learning in the digital age and evaluating current Australian teaching methods with Chinese, US, and Australian academics
Supported the Australian Chamber of Commerce Beijing's organisation of the annual briefing from the Australian Ambassador to China, working as part of the team at the Australian Chamber of Commerce Beijing to balance the briefing budget and liaise with sponsors and stakeholders.

Gabi is on the management team at the Australia-China Youth Dialogue, a not-for-profit organisation that connects emerging leaders in Australia-China affairs.
Gabi is also committed to education and cross-cultural exchange. She has taught music for more than 10 years and tutored courses on Chinese language and Asian economies at the Australian National University. She participated in exchange programs at Peking University, Leipzig University, and Rikkyo University during her tertiary studies. Gabi is fluent in written and spoken Chinese and German.

In her spare time, Gabi enjoys running with family and friends, playing the violin, volunteering at a community drop-in centre, and playing card games.
