Georgia addresses challenges with creativity and practicality to deliver excellent results for clients and their stakeholders.
She specialises in organisational design, program evaluation and strategy development across higher education, human services, health and sustainable development sectors. With a background in economics and communications, she brings experience in qualitative research, data analysis, and economic modelling. She has volunteered in youth, environment and Indigenous organisations and is passionate about driving real-world outcomes in crucial sectors.

Influential work

  • Helped a New Zealand based university review its professional and academic divisions’ structure and operating model to provide recommendations for the university to better align with its strategic objectives
  • Designed and delivered an evaluation of an innovative state-wide grants program for youth-focused initiatives, including extensive regional consultation, to deliver insights on the place-based outcomes for young people and recommendations for future funding for regional youth
  • Reviewed the Indigenous student experience for a GO8 University and helped design a ‘whole-of-university’ operating model that clarified accountabilities and elevated the Indigenous student experience
  • Helped manage the development of a 4–6-year strategy for a Mental Health Research Institute to clarify their research and translation focus to drive better prevention, treatment, policy and practice
  • Redesigned the HR operating model of a corporate regulator to align with their recently implemented organisational restructure and drive a cultural transformation

Outside of Nous

Prior to joining Nous, Georgia worked at an innovation and strategy consultancy where she researched the trends and innovations driving the global resources industry and co-authored two industry reports. She was also part of the Electric Mine Consortium's facilitation team and designed and implemented their marketing strategy.  

During her time at a venture capital fund, she gained experience in private company administration and researching technology start-ups. She has also worked as a support worker and volunteered at youth focused not-for-profit organisations.

In her spare time...

Georgia grew up by the beach in Western Australia. She enjoys surfing, practicing yoga and baking cakes. She loves exploring the great outdoors and experiencing other cultures through travel.
