Before pursuing her Master's degree, Gina embarked on an enriching academic journey that led her to study in Sweden, broadening her cultural perspective. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology Honours at Monash University, balancing academic responsibilities with placements at organisations like ANZ, Royal Children's Hospital, and KPMG. These diverse experiences allowed Gina to gain invaluable hands-on expertise in Organisational Psychology and consultancy. Her international exposure and commitment to professional growth highlight her passion for making a meaningful impact in the field of Organisational Psychology.
