Supported the transfer of a 20-year-long study, AgeHappy, onto a new digital platform and developed strategies for linking intergenerational participant data, then produced an extensive comparative manual on scoring protocol and a literature review to ensure the project’s future integrity
Helped television productions adapt to lockdown restrictions by developing a digital workflow system between on-set and off-set crew and training a team on its use
Supported the viability of television productions despite lockdown restrictions by managing a remote, yet thorough, petty cash system
In the University of Melbourne’s Student Equity and Disability Support team, provided individualised support to PhD candidates and postgraduate students to ensure lectures, meetings and data analysis platforms were accessible for all

Greta has a background in foreign language studies and is passionate about intercultural communication and students’ learning experiences. While serving on the School of Languages and Linguistics committee at her university, she facilitated productive dialogue between the students and faculty staff to improve pedagogical material and tailor assessments to curriculum goals. She is also proud of the LGBTQIA+ initiatives and events she collaborated on with her peers to advance campus inclusivity.

Greta is a fiend for a challenge, so she spends her weekends chalking up with friends at the bouldering gym or scouring Melbourne’s thrift stores for a bargain.
