Harrison is an experienced project manager, who brings a strong understanding of government systems and policy to his work, with experience assessing public programs, reviewing service delivery models, and supporting long-term planning.
With a particular focus on the education, skills, and research sectors, Harrison has led strategic reviews and organisational assessments, helping clients navigate complexity and design practical, forward-looking solutions.

Outside of Nous

Harrison holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Before joining Nous, he worked in the Skills Strategy Office at Queensland’s Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET), contributing to workforce development initiatives.

He also held a consulting role at KPMG, where he worked across strategy, evaluation, and transformation projects for public sector clients in Australia. His background in public investment and policy gives him a strong foundation in delivering strategic, evidence-based advice.

Harrison enjoys cooking, running, and cycling, as well as exploring local arts and culture. He loves discovering new cafes or restaurants and enjoys skiing and scuba diving.
