Holly is a registered psychologist with experience leading work across workforce capability, organisational culture, leadership development and organisational performance.
Drawing on a background in organisational psychology and experience within People and Culture functions, she understands the practical challenges organisations face when improving performance and implementing change. Holly works closely with stakeholders to develop evidence-based, people-centred solutions that are pragmatic, fit-for-purpose and deliver lasting outcomes.
Influential work
- Designed and delivered multi-year leadership development programs for senior and executive leaders, creating leadership journeys and development experiences that strengthened strategic leadership, people leadership and organisational effectiveness across multiple cohorts
- Led an organisation-wide culture and values program for a Queensland Government department, including employee engagement activities, culture assessment and values development to support the organisation's desired culture and ways of working
- Reviewed psychosocial regulatory models across Australia, analysing different approaches to service delivery and developing recommendations to inform the design of Queensland's psychosocial regulator
- Reviewed HR operating models and workforce functions across the public sector, undertaking stakeholder engagement, analysis and development of recommendations to strengthen service delivery and organisational effectiveness
- Managed the rollout of an employee engagement survey for more than 10,000 employees in the higher education sector, leading stakeholder engagement, communications, data analysis and leader reporting to support evidence-based workforce and culture initiatives
- Facilitated leadership, culture and organisational development workshops across government, education and infrastructure sectors, helping organisations build capability, align stakeholders and navigate complex organisational challenges
Outside of Nous
Prior to Nous, Holly worked as a HR generalist in the construction industry, working on large infrastructure projects across recruitment, learning and development, industrial relations, performance management, and workforce. She also worked in organisational development in a G08 university, managing employee engagement initiatives.
