Conducted a strategic review of research investment for an Australian university, identifying ways to enhance research performance and return on investment
Reviewed a Go8 university’s Marketing and Communications function, establishing a case for change that would improve performance and value of the function by $3.5 million
Supported the transformation of an aged care provider, enabling it to successfully transition to Support at Home and continue its growth
Evaluated the impact of a grants program aimed at fostering innovation in the sports industry, identifying program architecture improvements
Reviewed the data governance, processes and systems for a government department’s programs, resulting in an updated data strategy to achieve the required future state of their data ecosystem

Prior to joining Nous, Jason was a volunteer consultant for Pro Bono Econos UQ, where he advised on a NFP project. He was also a restructuring intern at McGrathNicol and an external audit intern at PwC, where he worked in the Energy, Utilities and Resources Team.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from University of Queensland.

Jason loves going to the beach and keeps up with any sport he can get his hands on. He enjoys playing basketball.
