Influential work
- Supported a Russell Group university to assess and redesign their SRS programme and implementation plan to ensure they would be in a position to move away from an on-premises solution to a SaaS enabled future
- Mapped the as-is processes, co-developed the to-be processes and created and validated the RFP package including requirements catalogue and response documentation for a new ERP system for a milk delivery agent
- Led a Lean Improvement Programme rollout to a utilities client across four regions in the UK, identifying and project managing multiple time and cost saving initiatives with an indicative projected value of £124k and 22,600 hours saved annually
- Led the discovery and launch of a new business model for monetising vehicle data, developing the target operating model and capabilities required to deliver transformation roadmap to launching a B2B ‘vehicle data service’ offering for a luxury automotive client
- Led the transformation programme for development of a new direct-to-customer subscription services business model for a luxury automotive client to enable sale of subscriptions-as-a-service
