Joseph is a Manager in Nous’ Perth Office with experience across a range of sectors including human services, health and education.
Joseph brings expertise across strategic planning, evaluation and implementation. He has strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills, with extensive experience in engaging with First Nations and vulnerable populations across WA.
Influential work
Reviewed a national youth homelessness program by engaging over 730 stakeholders across Australia to explore how the program is being delivered and to identify key improvements
Supported the Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation to develop a ten-year housing strategy for their Nation, involving stakeholder consultations with Aboriginal Elders and Aboriginal community members
Developed a social investment strategy in education for a large ASX-listed mining company, including a recommended three-year investment to systematise collaboration between industry, government and the education technology industry
Managed the market analysis of the demand, supply and future need for Aboriginal cultural education services in the Perth metropolitan region to support the development of a major infrastructure asset
Contributed to the review of 14 Native Title Representative Bodies and Service Providers across Australia to improve how these organisations can support the attainment of native title outcomes
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Joseph completed vacation programs at RSM with the Corporate Finance team and at PwC in the Assurance team. He has previous experience as Treasurer and Consultant at Curtin Consulting Group. He has also volunteered at Teach Learn Grow, helping to bridge the education gap that exists for rural and remote schools.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Finance from Curtin University.
