Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Kimia worked as a research manager at St. Michael’s Hospital, where she led various health services research projects aimed at improving healthcare and social services for people experiencing different forms of marginalization. She also held leadership roles during her MBA, when she was elected President of the Healthcare Management Association and VP of the Management Consulting Association, Rotman’s biggest club. In these roles, she led the planning of networking events, recruiting workshops, and industry panels, fostering a tight-knit community and supporting students in their MBA and career journeys.

Outside of work, Kimia enjoys diving into a good book, staying active through spin classes, and exploring new cities whenever she has the chance. Every awards season, she’s on a mission to watch all the Oscar-nominated movies.
