- Co-designed and facilitated stakeholder workshops to develop program logic for a state-coordinated bushfire clean-up program, and led development of a monitoring framework and data plan to enable real-time program management and future evaluation
- Supported outcomes evaluation of a disaster risk reduction program for the NSW Reconstruction Authority, undertaking literature review, stakeholder consultation, and mixed-methods analysis to produce actionable recommendations to strengthen future program design and delivery
- Led interviews and analysed survey and program data to assess the design, delivery, and reach of a state government road safety program, contributing to an evaluation plan and final report to inform improvements in reducing fatalities among young drivers
- Coordinated research, interviews, and workshops to assess health and social outcomes for a transport operator, translating complex technical insights into clear, public-facing content to support stakeholder engagement and community understanding
- Supported the design and delivery of a change program for a large-scale sales platform implementation in the agricultural resources sector, leading stakeholder engagement and training development to improve adoption and reduce resistance across regional teams
Outside of Nous
Prior to Nous, Kyle worked at DXC Technology as a consultant within the business transformation team, delivering project management, business analysis, and change initiatives across multiple industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Advanced (Global Challenges) (Honours) from Monash University. He is currently completing a part-time Master of Environment (Governance, Policy and Markets) and deeply passionate about sustainability and climate action, exploring this through his master’s research project on heat adaptation within vulnerable populations, and being part of his local council’s climate advisory committee.

Kyle enjoys exploring new cultures and foods through travel, as well as experimenting with cooking and gardening. He is an avid reader, and is obsessed with dogs (despite not having one).
