She has worked with government departments, TAFEs, and universities across Australia and Canada. Her expertise includes conducting comprehensive skills gap analyses and a deep understanding of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and tertiary education qualifications and regulatory frameworks. This enables her to effectively align training initiatives with workforce needs. Lilli excels in consultation at all levels and has a proven track record of producing public-facing reports on sensitive and critical policy issues.

Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous as a Graduate Consultant, Lilli conducted research activities on behalf of a national not-for-profit organisation, where she evaluated the use of new technologies in classrooms for students with disabilities. She also supported a large-scale study to improve student retention and engagement for a TAFE.
Lilli holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Macquarie University with a double specialisation in psychological science and education.
