Liz is passionate about using evidence-based strategies and taking a human-centred approach to solve complex business challenges.
Liz brings a background in organisational psychology and experience with private- and public-sector clients across industries including transport, financial services, energy and consumer goods. Her ability to think critically about ambiguous problems, collaborate with and influence stakeholders, and design tailored interventions have enabled her to create lasting positive impact for her clients.

Enhanced safety and operational performance by reviewing operations and safety culture for numerous clients, including a rail statutory corporation and an international aviation group
Improved safety outcomes for statewide road workers through developing a comprehensive training package
Supported with change and communications activities for a large-scale cybersecurity transformation within an Australian energy provider
Facilitated the organisation structure redesign for a consumer goods organisation following an operating model redesign
Designed and developed an evidence-based assessment and development centre for senior leaders
Outside of Nous
Prior to Nous, Liz worked in a human factors consulting role, working primarily with clients in safety-critical sectors. In this role, she worked across a variety of engagements addressing leadership and culture, organisational development, and frontline risk and safety initiatives.
Through her Master’s studies, Liz completed professional placements in the Internal Audit function within ANZ, the Talent Solutions team within Right Management (ManpowerGroup) and the People Consulting team within Ernst & Young.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) (Honours) from RMIT University and is soon to complete her Master’s in Psychology (Organisational) at Deakin University.
In her spare time...
Liz enjoys keeping active through pilates and ballet classes. If she's not travelling a new country or out socialising, Liz loves spending time down in Blairgowrie with her partner and their cat Poppy.
