Outside of Nous
Louise has worked in consulting firms across Ireland and Australia. While much of her recent work has focused on education and FDSV, her broader background spans strategy consulting, implementation, operating model design, business case development, program management and organisational transformation. This breadth enables her to bring policy, delivery, commercial and end-user perspectives to complex challenges.
Louise holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin, where she was awarded the Gold Medal, and previously served for four years as a Board Director of This Life, an international NGO focused on community-led responses to social justice challenges.

hen she's not working with clients, Louise enjoys travelling, running and exploring Melbourne's ever-changing food and neighbourhood scene. She is an avid reader, a devoted dog owner and rarely misses an opportunity to talk about Ireland.
