Launched an Indigenous Business in Communities course for two MBA programs, enrolling 90 students and spearheading iterations for future cohorts
Developed a new Student Engagement portfolio to increase cross-cohort connection while successfully navigating university budget reductions
Coordinated a team of undergraduate students and recruited 200 participants for a psychology study investigating how remote technologies impact our social relationships and stress responses
Collaborated with a top leadership researcher to execute an experiential leadership course for an MBA program aimed at building one's leadership identity and skills
Co-authored a research publication investigating the reliability and validity of a body image measure in a new population demographic
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Mackenzie was the Associate Director of Graduate Programs at Simon Fraser University. She managed the student engagement portfolio for the Beedie School of Business graduate programs. During her undergraduate degree at UBC she was involved in many psychology research labs, coordinating various studies through participant recruitment, data collection and analysis, and crafting research papers.

Having moved to Toronto from Vancouver, Mackenzie loves the outdoors. Outside of work, she has found herself running, is a huge foodie, and loves talking about Formula 1.
