Having grown up in two countries, Matthew brings a global perspective and strong communication skills to his work. With a background in finance and economics, he is curious, adaptable, and passionate about learning how industries and organisations operate. He enjoys challenges and takes pride in delivering meaningful results for clients.
Influential work
- Led a team of six to deliver a social impact measurement and event scalability strategy for a local mental health charity to increase funding opportunities, demonstrate positive impact, and improve outreach
- Coordinated and formed partnerships with leading consulting firms to secure funding and provide training sessions for a student-led consulting organisation
Outside of Nous
During his time at university, Matthew gained professional experience working for ANZ, Deloitte, and BDO, developing skills in operational efficiency, financial analysis and change management across a range of industries and sectors.
He actively participated in various clubs and university societies including 180 Degrees Consulting and the UWA Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF). He also completed a semester long exchange program in Canada as part of his degree.

Matthew enjoys staying active through playing sport and running. He loves music, travel, and spending time with friends.
