- Led Deloitte's Australian and Asia Pacific Power, Utilities and Renewables practices, sustaining growth of 18 per cent CAGR over 10 years, building dominant brand eminence and a sustainable team and growth engine for careers and talent
- Was Deloitte's lead client service partner for EnergyAustralia, China Light & Power, Australian Energy Market Operator, AusNet Services, and Yarra Valley Water, developing sustained industry relationships and receiving client service award for Top 25 LCSP’s
- Led Deloitte's Future of Energy and strategic growth solutions, sustaining growth and new and additional revenues of $30M in FY23 and FY24
- Exhibited eminent program leadership over many years, including at the AFR Energy & Climate Summits from 2017 to 2022, spearheading opinion editorials, thought leadership, and social media campaigns

Prior to joining Nous, Michael spent 26 years at Deloitte, where he held a range of senior positions including Lead Partner in Energy, Resources and Industrials and Lead Partner Industrial Products and Construction.
He has an innate growth mindset and proven ability to shape and mobilise market-based solutions and build enduring and sustainable businesses. He is team oriented and is a proven leader in building enduring and sustainable teams.
