Outside of Nous

Prior to Nous, Molly worked in high schools providing seminars to students with the aim of enhancing their study skills and engagement in their learning. With Debaters Association Victoria (DAV) she managed a team of adjudicators to provide feedback and coaching to students. She has also worked for many years with young children as a music and language educator. Her passion for providing opportunities for and upskilling youth further led her to volunteer for a variety of youth-led organisations in international affairs, politics, diplomacy, and outdoor education spaces.

Molly was a recipient of a New Colombo Plan Grant, with which she travelled to New Caledonia to deepen her understanding of the Pacific region and the Francophonie, and produced a paper on the concept of feminism in Kanak culture.

In her spare time...

Molly loves being outdoors, hiking, cycling and travelling. She also enjoys creating music, learning languages, and spending time with family and friends.
