Nathan holds a Master of Psychology (organisational) from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Monash University and a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Nathan was previously a people advisory consultant for Ernst & Young, where he worked with public and private sector clients on organisational design, change management and strategic workforce planning.
During this time he worked with a global bank to identify the impacts on people of digitising and automating operations. He was part of a team that supported the design of future organisational structures for a newly merged state government department.
Nathan is a music lover, spending time DJing or curating playlists. He is also a big history buff, always keeping up to date with the latest documentaries on Netflix.
