Olivia has almost 10 years of global consulting experience, working with leading healthcare and life sciences organisations across Australia and Japan.
She brings deep knowledge and expertise in digital transformation, organisational change and commercial strategy, and has delivered several impactful projects end-to-end. Olivia is passionate about using digital enablers and technology to drive meaningful change in healthcare delivery, while also improving the experience for patients and physicians.

- Developed an information management strategy for a Sydney-based hospital to support their vision of becoming a digital hospital
- Developed the clinical, commercial and regulatory strategy for the launch of an innovative diabetes digital therapeutic in Australia, Japan and Taiwan
- Led the deployment of a COVID-19 vaccine web platform to accelerate physician training, adverse event reporting and information dissemination across Japan
- Conducted an assessment of quality and safety policies and procedures at a regional disability services provider to determine areas for improvement
- Led a major restructuring at global pharma company on an accelerated timeline, overseeing project execution, change management and communications across 400+ impacted FTE
Outside of Nous
Prior to Nous, Olivia worked in Japan for five years, supporting leading healthcare and life sciences organisations in their digital transformation and strategic agendas. In this time, she built a rich understanding of international health systems, enabling effective digitalisation and operating in cross-cultural environments. Preceding this, Olivia worked in Australia in Deloitte’s Health and Social Impact practice, and spent several months working with service providers in regional Australia.
