Managed a portfolio of evaluations on UK Overseas Development Aid, including International Climate Finance and refugee resettlement, delivering evidence-based recommendations that shaped UK development policy and improved aid impact
Co-authored Africa Gender Index (AGI) Analytical Report, leading analysis of gender data for the African Development Bank and UNECA and producing policy insights that advanced gender equality across African development programs
Managed British High Commission (BHC) Tanzania Growth Evaluation, overseeing data analysis and stakeholder engagement, providing strategic recommendations to support economic development and private sector growth

Outside of Nous

Prior to working with Nous, Olivia was the Programme Coordinator for the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI), managing a diverse portfolio of evaluations on UK aid effectiveness. She ensured projects met scope, timelines, and quality standards while serving as the main liaison between the ICAI Secretariat and project teams. Olivia led project planning, risk management, and team coordination, driving the timely delivery of high-quality reviews. Her proactive problem-solving and strong organisational skills enabled her to navigate complex challenges, maintain client satisfaction, and enhance the impact of UK aid evaluations.

In her spare time...

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys teaching fitness classes at various studios across London, including heated kettlebell sessions, barre, and rebounding (mini trampoline). She also loves spending time outdoors, often taking her mini schnauzer, Lola, on walks.
