She brings experience working with public sector bodies in the evaluation and economics space. Recently, Olivia has supported a number of reviews and policy options analysis across the Health portfolio, including a recent analysis of the Australian GP accreditation market.

Developed a comprehensive cost and funding model for Australia’s Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry to analyse cost pressures and test potential funding solutions to achieve a more sustainable biosecurity funding model
Worked alongside the Department of Defence on data analytics and digital transformation projects
Supported service delivery for tech company VFS Global, including planning strategic objectives and pricing strategies
Supported a cost-benefit analysis and pricing analysis for the Port of Newcastle to optimise its non-coal revenue streams in line with their 2030 strategic objectives.
Outside of Nous
Olivia is a recent graduate of the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Economics. She has also completed an exchange program with the University of Exeter business school. Olivia has worked in management consulting for several years, including an internship in Nous’ Canberra office.

Olivia spends her spare time planning her next hiking or camping trip. She also loves pilates, or any activity in the ocean or sun.
