Olivia is passionate about using quantitative analysis and human-centred co-design to strengthen outcomes for all communities, and help government achieve meaningful and evidenced outcomes for the people they serve.

Influential work

  • Partnered with organisations supporting victims and survivors of child sexual abuse to design a suite of tools and resources which enable them to uplift accessible, culturally safe and inclusive care for victims and survivors, in line with the Minimum Practice Standards
  • Evaluated the national Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinics, developing a framework that enables the federal government to track outcomes and continuously improve care for women experiencing chronic pain
  • Designed a sustainable biosecurity funding model, developing whole-of-system cost recovery and funding options to improve the long-term stability and effectiveness of Australia’s biosecurity system
  • Delivered cost-benefit and pricing analysis that helped a major Australian port to diversify revenue, to achieve its 2030 strategic objectives to improve non-coal revenue streams

Outside of Nous

Olivia is an experienced management consultant with a background in economics and political philosophy. She continues to explore these fields through ongoing study and research, deepening her understanding of how evidence, ethics and policy intersect to shape better outcomes for communities.

Olivia spends her spare time planning her next hiking or camping trip. She also loves pilates, or any activity in the ocean or sun.
