Ria is a collaborative and analytical public policy manager, bringing experience across health, ageing, industry and human services.
She has extensive strategy and evaluation experience and has led and contributed to a diverse range of projects involving multiple programs and stakeholders. Ria leverages her academic rigour and strong analytical capabilities to synthesise and communicate clear, robust findings. She is confident in engaging with clients across all levels and brings experience facilitating resolutions of complex issues.

Supported a multi-agency evaluation of 14 initiatives to support trade simplification
Reviewed a major hospital’s response systems for patient deterioration
Developed a 3 to 5 year strategy for a health-literacy not-for-profit organisation supporting migrants, refugees and asylum seekers

Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Ria worked with a range of climate change focused NFPs. Ria holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne, and Bachelor of Medical Science and a Bachelor of International Security Studies from the Australian National University.
