Influential work
Led the development of reporting processes and lifted data capability at Libraries ACT, automating the extraction and production of usable datasets from multiple disconnected systems and developing reporting dashboards to make data accessible
Delivered a model quantifying staff workload to support service delivery, leading staff consultations to combine qualitative data with quantitative system generated data sources to create a model of staff workload
Conducted a research project to estimate noncompliance in vehicle registration in the ACT, collaborating with various teams to collect a sample of over 39,700 observations that were weighted and used to produce estimates of noncompliance
Enabled divisions across ACT Government to respond to employee survey results by producing individualised, team-level reports from survey results, building a tool that automated the creation of 80+ team-level reports
Presented a compelling story to key stakeholders using previously unseen data about vulnerable customers, leading to the launch of the company's Family and Domestic Violence Policy
Outside of Nous
Prior to joining Nous, Rosa worked in various teams in the ACT Government, including leading the data and reporting capability at Libraries ACT.
Rosa is also a key member of the Ultimate frisbee community. She has coached club teams and state representative teams. She also represented Australia with the Australian Women's teams, the Firetails, at the World Ultimate Championships in 2024.
In her spare time...
Outside of work and training for Ultimate, Rosa enjoys crafternoons with friends, experimenting with new recipes, and doing BodyBalance with her mum.
