Seb is passionate about systems change and organisational sustainability, and brings a co-creative, collaborative approach to problem solving.
He has expertise working with Fortune 500 senior leadership and executive teams and using designing thinking to approach complex challenges for both for-profit and non-profit organisations across various industries.

Influential work

  • Designed and facilitated a two-day strategy session for an executive team and board of directors, resulting in a defined multiyear strategic plan and growth model, enhanced leadership team culture, and alignment on organisational goals
  • Conducted a thorough evaluation of operational policies and procedures for Odonata Foundation, a leading environmental non-profit, identifying critical gaps, recommending priority areas to the executive team and board of directors, and supporting the implementation of improved governance practices
  • Led projects for PwC's Global Sustainability Platform, including strategy development for decarbonisation and reporting tools, managing stakeholder alignment sessions and go-to-market pipeline analysis, contributing to the effective allocation of a $15 million annual budget
  • Created a global platform intelligence function covering market research and strategic decision-making support, which improved senior global leaders' ability to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources effectively within the sustainability sector
  • Designed and delivered a session for the CEO and top 60 leaders of a Fortune 150 financial services company to explore the future of work, with the session recognized and included as a case study in Collaboration Code's The 2021 Collaboration Code Casebook

Outside of Nous

Seb worked for eight years at PwC in sustainability, design and facilitation, and procurement and sourcing. There he drove special projects for PwC's Global Sustainability Platform and designed and facilitated collaborative sessions with for-profit and non-profit organisations across industries for PwC's The Difference. Most recently he has advised Melbourne-based non-profits on policy, governance, and systems change, as well as a major Australian carbon offset provider.

In his spare time...

Seb is a published cruciverbalist and loves solving and designing crosswords. He is a genre-spanning reader and budding ceramicist. He enjoys exploring and experiencing all that Melbourne has to offer.
