Before joining Nous, Stella worked as a Strategy Associate at Endeavour Group, where she contributed to strategy projects, annual strategy planning workshops, and the preparation of materials for senior stakeholder conferences. Prior to graduation, she also gained experience as an intern at a search fund company and a local consulting firm focused on supporting start-up growth.
