  • Standardised ITSM processes after a ServiceNow instance migration at the University of Melbourne, producing eight training videos across core ITSM processes, reducing ad hoc support
  • Established a ServiceNow Community of Practice (~200 members), co-launching the community and built a central knowledge hub with templates, updates and process guidance
  • Protected knowledge continuity in the new ServiceNow instance, supporting the migration of 4,000+ knowledge base articles, validating accuracy
  • Strengthened buyer growth for a First Nations-led arts organisation, developing an audience engagement plan to support sales for 380+ artists, including a corporate outreach strategy
  • Quantified carbon emissions for a reusable-cup social enterprise’s sustainability communications, conducting a life cycle assessment to compare carbon emissions for disposable versus reusable cups

Outside of Nous

Sunny served as an IT Service Management Analyst in the Business Services department at the University of Melbourne while completing her Bachelor’s degree. Driven by a passion for international relations, she interned at the Australian Institute of International Affairs, one of the country’s longest-standing private research institutes in politics and international relations. Sunny’s dedication to social impact is evident in her pro-bono consulting with 180 Degrees Consulting, the world’s largest volunteer consultancy for charities and not-for-profit organisations. Her love for art and culture has seen her volunteer at several leading art institutions, including the Heide Museum of Modern Art, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, and Linden New Art.

In her spare time, Sunny loves reading, catching a film at IMAX, checking out gigs and events with friends, eating spicy food and improve her bouldering.
