Taliah brings deep expertise in culturally safe engagement, evaluation, and strategic consultation with First Nations communities.
She has led and contributed to initiatives across health, justice, and social services, ensuring cultural integrity and inclusive representation. Taliah combines strong analytical acumen and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven record in impactful evaluations and strategic frameworks in the health and public sectors.

Influential work

  • Delivered the largest Digital Inclusion Baseline for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in NSW to measure what matters and create a robust evidence base and roadmap to improve Digital Inclusion in NSW
  • Reviewed a community-led program supporting Aboriginal women transition out of prison, which provides wraparound health and wellbeing services
  • Evaluated COVID-19 point of care testing initiative in remote First Nations communities.
  • Reviewed healthcare in detention for First Nations people resulting in enhanced health services and policy advice
  • Managed the evaluation of an ongoing multi-modal enterprise-wide leadership program

Outside of Nous

Taliah Campbell (formerly King) is a proud Aboriginal Walbunja, Waanyi and Pita Pita woman with a background in psychology and deep expertise in trauma-aware practice. Outside of Nous, she has worked as a telephone crisis supporter and supported Australians through suicide, DFSV, and mental health crises. She was a keynote speaker at the 2024 Wesley Mission Suicide Prevention Forum and the 2021 NSW Aboriginal Suicide Prevention Symposium and is a former member of the National Indigenous Youth Parliament. 

Prior to joining Nous, Taliah worked with members of her Dharawal community to provide a culturally safe space for young Indigenous women to creatively express themselves through the arts.
