Thu is experienced with stakeholder management and data analysis. She has worked across energy and utilities, government, human services, think tanks and not-for-profit organisations.

Delivered a gap analysis on a department of a state utilities company to assist with an operational restructure
Developed a marketing strategy to expand industry collaborations in the Electric Mine Consortium
Authored an article on Australia and Indo-Pacific international relations in the short to medium term
Performed qualitative and quantitative analysis to establish a fundraising strategy for a not-for-profit organisation in the cultural sector
Coordinated a pro-bono consulting team to deliver an engagement roadmap for an established mental health not-for-profit organisation.
Outside of Nous
Thu volunteered with Western Australian University Consultants (WAUC) to provide pro-bono consulting services to charities across Australia. She was on the executive team of the University of Western Australia Consulting Society (UWACS).
Thu was a Vietnamese language tutor and previously involved with Teach Learn Grow as a rural program tutor at remote schools in Western Australia.
Thu holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Thu enjoys travelling and taking film photographs. She also loves spending time with her family and friends – mostly through exploring new places to eat.
